For architects, draftspersons, town planners & certifiers

Hand off the paperwork.
Keep the design work.

Your clients call you when their CC package stalls — but chasing consultant reports and portal lodgements isn't the work you're paid for. Refer the documentation to us and stay the hero of the project.

Who we work alongside

Four professions, four different
reasons to refer.

A
Architects

Stay on design

You've delivered a beautiful approved scheme. Post-DA documentation coordination is a different job with a different rhythm — and it's the one that eats your studio's unbilled hours.

D
Draftspersons

Scale without hiring

Take on more drafting work by handing the compliance assembly to a partner who does only that — and who won't compete with you for the drawing scope.

We take: document assembly and lodgement
T
Town planners

Close the loop

You won the consent. Clients then ask what happens next — and "you'll need a CC" is not an answer they can act on. Give them a named next step instead.

We take: the post-consent phase
C
Certifiers

Get complete packages

Refer applicants who arrive with half a package. They come back with a full one, and your assessment time drops.

We take: the chasing you'd otherwise do

How a referral works

Three steps, and you
stay in the loop.

  1. Send us the consent. Email the notice of determination and the approved plans to hello@approvalhub.au, or introduce us to the client directly — whichever suits your relationship.
  2. We assess and quote. Your client gets the same free conditions assessment everyone gets: a written document list and a fixed-fee scope. You get a copy unless the client asks otherwise.
  3. You stay informed. We copy you on milestones so you're never the last to know how your client's project is tracking — and we refer design and planning work straight back to you.

What we won't do

We don't pitch design services, we don't take over your client relationship, and we don't quote on work that belongs to you. The referral only works if it's a one-way street.

One project is enough
to test us.

Send us the next client whose CC documentation is about to become your problem. See how it goes before you send a second.
